LOOP – MOBILE EVENT ENGAGEMENT FOR HOTELS

Loop will enable on-the-spot connections between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff. The Meeting Planner will access a personalized web interface, prepared with specific event information and assigned meeting rooms. The Meeting Planner submits Loops (requests) from his/her mobile device to the Hotel staff. The Meeting Planner receives status updates on Loops, with follow-up capability via a chat feature. Requests are routed to hotel staff according to the request subject. Hotel staff report Loop progress, chat internally, redirect, escalate, and view Loop statistics. Meeting Planners and hotel staff receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message.

LOOP – MOBILE GUEST ENGAGEMENT FOR HOTELS

Loop will enable on-the-spot connection between guests and the hotel staff. Using their mobile device, guests scan a QR code or type a URL to reach the Loop web-based application. Guests submit Loops that are routed to hotel staff according to the Loop subject. Hotel staff will be able to respond to Loops and provide guests with status updates on Loops with follow-up capability via the chat feature. Hotel staff report Loop progress, chat internally, redirect, escalate, and view Loop analytics. Guests and hotel staff receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message.

LOOP – MOBILE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT FOR RETAIL

Loop will enable on-the-spot connection between customers and store associates. Using their mobile device, customers scan a QR code or type a URL to reach the Loop web-based application. Customers submit Loops that are routed to store associates according to the Loop subject. Loops can be routed to an off-site Customer Service department. Customers receive status updates on Loops, with follow-up capability via the chat feature. Store associates report Loop progress, chat internally, redirect, escalate, and view Loop analytics. Customers and store associates receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message.

LOOP – MOBILE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT FOR RESTAURANTS

Loop will enable on-the-spot connections between customers and the restaurant staff. Using their mobile device, customers scan a QR code or type a URL to reach the Loop web-based application. Customers submit Loops to the restaurant staff. Customers receive status updates on Loops, with follow-up capability via the chat feature. The restaurant staff report progress on actions arising from their Loop(s), logs internal notes, and views Loop analytics. Customers and the restaurant staff receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message. Customer input can also be captured via in-restaurant kiosk. Loop statistics may be presented as a motivator to employees or customers via scoreboard.

LOOP – MOBILE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Loop will enable on-the-spot connections between employees and members of management from Operations or Human Resources. Using their mobile device, employees scan a QR code or type a URL to reach the Loop web-based application. Employees submit Loops either anonymously, or they can choose to leave their contact information. The management team responds to employees, logs internal notes, and views Loop analytics. Employees and management receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message.

LOOP – MOBILE-LED STUDENT/PARENT ENGAGEMENT FOR SCHOOLS

Loop will enable on-the-spot connection between students and/or their parents, and the Academy’s staff. Using their mobile device, students and/or parents scan a QR code or type a URL to reach the Loop web-based application. The students and/or parents submit Loops (compliments, complaints, requests or suggestions) that are routed to the Academy staff according to the Loop subject. The Academy staff will be able to provide the students and/or parents with status updates on Loops, with follow-up capability via the chat feature. Academy staff report Loop progress, chat internally, redirect, escalate, and view Loop analytics. Students and/or parents and Academy staff receive automatic notifications by email and SMS message.
